Return Process

  Log into your Netgate account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
